Detective Thomas Troppmann and Officer Edwin Rodriguez of the 34th Precinct in New York City say they are on a mission to make their community a better place. For the last year, they have been part of a NYPD neighborhood policing program with the goal of getting officers to know their neighborhoods and its residents.TELL DR. “They have our phone numbers and email addresses. Any time they see a problem, they call us immediately,” Officer Rodriguez tells Dr. Phil on Thursday’s episode. “We have that relationship now.”
“And they do,” Detective Troppmann adds.
