          December 11, 2017

Nicole admits she has a drinking problem and claims her addiction to alcohol nearly led to her death on several occasions. “I typically drink in bed, and I almost always black out,” she says.

TELL DR. PHIL YOUR STORY: Know a total train wreck?

The 27-year-old who describes herself as manipulative, self-destructive and a compulsive liar claims she started drinking at 15. “At times I’ve been so desperate for a drink; I’ve stolen booze from stores.”

Nicole says though she’s only had three DUIs so far, she estimates she’s driven drunk on more than 20 occasions. “I’ve blacked out at the wheel. Somehow, I drove almost two miles while asleep.”

“My alcoholism is a life or death issue,” says Nicole, who claims she’s been to rehab five times. Is she ready to accept Dr. Phil’s help?
