Dwayne, a father who believes in spanking, says after an experience at a restaurant with a stranger's crying child – whom he offered to give an ass whoopin – he made a social media post offering free ass whoopins.

“I set up a stand outside, like a lemonade stand,” Dwayne says. “Some people called me a child abuser over that post. A whoopin is not child abuse.”

Dwayne says he doesn’t regret offering to help a mother control her child. “If schools and parents can’t control their children, there’s a judge out there somewhere that will,” he says.
