Dakota is a self-described “rebel” who says she does what she wants – when she wants.

“I don’t listen. I don’t respect people. I could care less about what any authority has to say to me,” says the 16-year-old.

When she was in the eighth grade, Dakota says she pulled a fire alarm at school on April Fools’ day, because she thought it would be funny. “I was put on house arrest for three months.” Dakota says she started her freshman year of high school wearing an ankle monitor.

Dakota is currently facing two misdemeanor charges for drug and alcohol possession, and a possible stint in juvenile detention for alcohol and drug possession. Why does she claim she has no regrets for her behavior? Tune in to Monday’s Dr. Phil.
