Arielle claims she detoxed by herself after more than a decade of heroin use and hasn’t injected the drug in over a year. She admits to snorting heroin just four to five weeks before meeting Dr. Phil but denies that it was a relapse.

“I need to work on my coping skills,” she says, admitting that she struggles with severe anxiety.

“It is not fair to ask you to be OK if we’re not going to give you the tools to be OK," says Dr. Phil in the video above. When he offers to refer her for professional help, Does Arielle accept?
