The couple, who has been together for two-and-a-half years, also accuse each other of cheating. Jen says she’s certain Josh has cheated on her, but he insists he’s only “emotionally cheated” with an ex-girlfriend.
After watching them communicate
, Dr. Phil has some strong warnings for the couple.
“You both tried to change your story later, but initially, you admitted that you both do this in front of the children,” he says. “If you’re doing this in front of your children, that’s abuse. To Josh, he continues, “I’m concerned for you for two reasons. One is getting hurt. The other is you’re going to wind up going to jail. I’m telling you that because I want that to not happen.”
