‘I Think You’re In Danger,’ Dr. Phil Tells Guest

          VIDEO

          April 11, 2018

Josh and Jen are engaged and have a daughter together but say their relationship is filled with arguments and physical fights. Jen says she’s full of anger and Josh sets her off, and she attacks him. Josh says he only gets physical with Jen in self-defense.

TELL DR. PHIL YOUR STORY: Explosive family drama?

The couple, who has been together for two-and-a-half years, also accuse each other of cheating. Jen says she’s certain Josh has cheated on her, but he insists he’s only “emotionally cheated” with an ex-girlfriend.

After watching them communicate, Dr. Phil has some strong warnings for the couple.

“You both tried to change your story later, but initially, you admitted that you both do this in front of the children,” he says. “If you’re doing this in front of your children, that’s abuse. And the reason you tried to reverse your field and then lie to me about it now is because you apparently know that that’s abuse.”

To Josh, he continues, “I’m concerned for you for two reasons. One is getting hurt. The other is you’re going to wind up going to jail. I’m telling you that because I want that to not happen.”
