Joey says he was punched, kicked, pepper-sprayed, and beaten with a crutch by a gang yelling antisemitic slurs on a New York City street. He says he believes he was attacked because he is Jewish.
“I was holding on for dear life,” says the native New Yorker. “I didn’t know when it was going to end.”
