Ava, a former Dr. Phil guest who said she wanted to be “Insta-famous,” recently made headlines when she posted a picture of herself licking an airline toilet seat on social media. The 21-year-old, who was on her way to spring break in Miami during the coronavirus outbreak, explains her behavior to Dr. Phil on Thursday’s episode.

“I had way dirtier things in my mouth that whole spring break,” she says, claiming that she was on her “sugar daddy’s” private plane and that she bleached the seat before licking it. “I wasn’t putting myself or anyone else at risk.”
