Dr. Phil asks her, “Who are you really so angry at, because you’re just seething with anger as you’re sitting here right now.”

In the video above, Alex’s sister, Stephanie, makes an impassioned plea to her older sibling. “I don’t want you to think that we think poorly of you; we think poorly of the drug addict in you,” she says. “I just really want you to want our family back the same.”
