Tara says she often feels anxious, nervous, and has a negative outlook on life

Admitting she calls herself names, Tara says, “it’s awful what I go through in my head. It’s torture.” She says she feels like she can never do anything right, and that nothing she’s tried has ever worked out.
Raised by her dad, Jim, from the time she was 13, Tara says she felt empty, alone and “really confused” after her mother, Christina, left the family.
Tara says she still holds resentment toward Cristina,
