Her oldest daughter, Taylor, however, questions her mom’s honesty. She claims that the family has lived in filthy homes
filled with feces, garbage, bugs and moldy dishes, and that her two younger siblings who live with their mom are still dealing with those conditions.

“It’s time for complete transparency. You cannot have a situation bad enough, toxic enough, pathological enough that I won’t bring you resources to help you with it. I’m not here to judge you; I’m here to help you,” Dr. Phil says to Susan, urging her to own up to any mistakes. “I will do whatever is necessary to provide those children a clean home, or I’m going to do everything I can to take them out of it.”
In the video above, Dr. Phil explains to Susan how he believes her lack of insight is preventing her from making a change.
