Harrouff is accused of stabbing the couple to death before sheriff’s deputies allege they found him using his teeth to tear the flesh off John Stevens’ face and abdomen. In an exclusive Dr. Phil interview airing Thursday, Harrouff claims that on the night Michelle and John Stevens were killed, he was hearing voices.

In the video above, he talks about hearing voices as a child.

“When I was little, and I’d have sleep paralysis - and sometimes I’d hear things,” says Harrouff. “And like, in college, I’ve heard voices of monsters and stuff. I never realized that I was hearing voices that weren’t there.”
Harrouff claims he has also heard voices since waking up in the hospital after Michelle and John Stevens were killed. “They just said to run.”
