Twenty years after his sister, JonBenet, was found murdered in their family's CO basement, Burke Ramsey -- who was home at the time of the murder, along with his parents -- breaks his silence to Dr. Phil about the cold case that continues to make headlines.

In the video above, Dr. Phil asks, "Do you feel like JonBenet is watching over you now?"

"Yeah, and my mom and my grandma," responds Burke, whose mother Patsy died of ovarian cancer in 2006.

"Do you think your mom and JonBenet are together again?"

"Yeah," says Burke. "Sometimes I would talk to her ... Like if there's some important thing I was doing, [I'd] be, like, 'Hey, thanks for looking out for me' or 'I hope you're looking out for me,' or, you know, 'Hope you're having fun up there because I'm taking some test, or like, 'I wish I was up there right now.'
