Sebastian says one night when he was perusing the “casual encounters” section of a website where users were required to be 18 and older, he started a conversation with a woman who told him she was 13. He says he continued to chat with her, despite her age, and decided to meet her in person, he claims, to help her. The now 22-year-old says that although sex was discussed during their online conversations, he ultimately decided that when they met, he would have a conversation with her instead of sex.
“I felt like they were looking for sex. I told her things like we would meet up, go to a hotel and then we’d do it there, have a shower together, and then we’d do it there again,” Sebastian says. “However, my intention wasn’t to have sex with this minor; my intention was to have a conversation and persuade them to get off of Craigslist.”

Sebastian says when he arrived at the meet-up point, he was “ambushed” by police. Hear what happened next in the video above.
