Kyle adamantly denies allegations by his fiancée, Jordan, that he has been verbally and physically “abusive.” However, Kyle does say there was once incident, which he regrets, where he says his frustration got the best of him.
“I did hose her down that one night. I admit to that. I did that. It was completely inappropriate and it was out of rage … that’s the thing I regret the most,” Kyle tells Dr. Phil when confronted with the allegation. “It shouldn’t have been done. I’m not denying that. It’s inappropriate behavior but it had stemmed from a year’s worth of frustration.”
“That was the first time he ever did anything that was remotely in anger,” Jordan claims of the incident, which she says happened when she tried to get into his parents’ house late at night.WATCH: A Couple At Odds: Will She Call Off The Engagement?
Jordan came to Dr. Phil claiming that Kyle has caused her bruises from using a martial art type they call a “take down,” and she says she questions whether she should call off their wedding due to the alleged abuse. But Kyle, who adamantly denies Jordan’s claims, says he has another potential explanation off what may have caused her bruises.
“The reason why I don’t know about it is because I go to sleep around 10 o’clock, 11 o’clock at night, while she downs two or three bottles of wine, and is on a cocktail of drugs and is stumbling around the house, doing who knows what at 3 o’clock in the morning,” Kyle tells Dr. Phil.
“I guess pinballing around the walls is how that’s happening? Is that what you’re saying?” Jordan asks Kyle of what’s causing her bruises. WATCH: 9 Red Flags To Look For To Identify A Potentially Abusive Relationship
