Jason says he has always had an uncontrollable temper and that when he is provoked or feels disrespected, he can be “a dangerous person.” His wife, Sara, moved out of the couple’s home with their three sons in late 2021. She claims that Jason physically and verbally abused her for 20 years and says she won’t go back until he changes his behavior.

Jason says he is “willing to do anything” to make the change and save his family, and Dr. Deena Manion, a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Clinical Officer at Westwind Recovery Centers. says she can help.

“If you really want this, we’re willing to take a shot and do this with you and give you the tools that you need,” says Dr. Manion to Jason in the video above.

Additionally, she says that Jason will have access to classes and executive coaching from Anger Management 818 to help provide him with the tools he’ll need to help manage his day-to-day life.

Jason accepts the offer of help, but does he stick with it? Tune in to the conclusion of this two-part Dr. Phil, ‘“Dangerous Love: A Couple’s Big Decision’,” on Wednesday to find out.
