Anyone, at any time, can be a hero because acts of heroism are not just limited to the strong, brave, and fearless. Like Charlie Rocket, the Founder of the Dream Machine Foundation, you can be someone’s hero just by lending a helping hand.

Matthew has cerebral palsy. Before he met Charlie, he says he had two dreams: to one day be able to walk and to own his own clothing line. Charlie and his foundation made one of Matthew’s dreams a reality when they helped him launch an online clothing store featuring his own designs. Then the unthinkable happened: Matthew’s store made upward of $350,000 in the first 48 hours.

“That was that dream come true moment, and that’s what I live for,” says Charlie in the video above.

Matthew says, “That moment was very special to me in so many ways. I’m thankful to Charlie for making my dreams come true.”
