Mom Claims 19-Year-Old Daughter Acts Like A Gangster, Does Drugs, Was Involved In A Drive-By Shooting

          December 12, 2017

“Katelyn has terrorized my home for the last year and a half,” says Donna about her 19-year-old daughter.

Katelyn grew up in a white, middle-class neighborhood, but according to her family, she now acts like a thug. They claim she dresses in baggy pants and hoodies, calls herself “Lul Kate,” does drugs, doesn’t have a job and was involved in a drive-by shooting, which landed her behind bars for 30 days.

“Katelyn wants to portray herself as a 6’5” black guy who grew up in the hood,” says Bob, Katelyn’s stepdad.

The couple says they kicked Katelyn out of the house recently because she refuses to follow the rules — and they have no idea where she’s been living.

“If Katelyn doesn’t straighten herself out, jail could be her permanent home,” Donna says.

In the video above, hear how Donna describes the drive-by shooting and why she says Katelyn was arrested. And on Tuesday’s episode of Dr. Phil, is Katelyn ready to make a change? Check here to see where you can watch.
