          Ebby Steppach last spoke to her family on October 25, 2015. After a conversation with her older brother, the then 18-year-old vanished from Little Rock.

          Her mother, Laurie, claims that law enforcement made two mistakes during the investigation into Ebby’s disappearance that could have provided much-needed clues to her daughter’s whereabouts.

          In the video above, Laurie claims that there was a search near a cell phone tower but the wrong phone number was used. And, hear why Laurie claims law enforcement never recovered surveillance video from a Walmart that was on the way to the park where Ebby’s abandoned car was located.
