Janice says her 16-year-old daughter, Darbi, has been diagnosed with several mental health issues and claims the teenager acts out with “severe” and “bizarre” sexual behavior. She says since Darbi first ran away from home at age 15 - only to end up a victim of sex trafficking - she’s done everything she can to keep her daughter safe - and “in line.” Now Darbi is missing again, and Janice says she didn’t take any of her belongings with her. >
