Mom Says She Feels Helpless That Teen’s Final Events Of Senior Year Are Canceled Because Of Coronavirus
Hillary says she feels emotional and helpless knowing that her daughter, Caitlyn, a high school senior, will be missing prom, chorus concerts, and possibly graduation due to home quarantine and social distancing to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

“I don’t know how to make her still feel super special as if it were her time to shine,” Hillary tells Dr. Phil on Tuesday’s episode.
Per the CDC’s guidelines, which Dr. Phil takes very seriously, he has shut down taping in studio with guests and is recording alone in his “man cave,” with guests joining via video conference and his crew working remotely.

“What’s special is your daughter being safe and healthy,” Dr. Phil says. “Recognize what you do have instead of what you don’t have.”
