Is quiet quitting about setting boundaries around work-life balance, or is it part of a new wave of “slacker” employees who prioritize personal flexibility over hard work?

Amy is the owner of a media training and consulting firm. On Thursday’s episode of Dr. Phil, “Quiet Quitting: Lazy Employees or Taking a Stand?” she says, “Opportunities will find you if you put your best out there.”

Amy asserts that quiet quitters are sabotaging their futures. “I’d love to see what conversations are going to happen in 10-20 years from now from some of those that are choosing quiet quitting. Where did that get you, and where are you today?” she says.
