Karen and Jim say their 31-year-old son, Kyle, is a violent mooch and they are desperate to evict him from their house.

Karen claims Kyle is verbally and physically abusive, calls her names and has even gotten physical with her, leaving bruises. “One night, Kyle had his girlfriend sleeping over, and there are no sleepovers in my house. After Kyle had her leave, Kyle got mad, then he started choking me. My husband had to pull Kyle off of me,” Karen claims.

Jim, who claims Kyle has beat him up, adds, “Kyle tells me, ‘You’re dead, old man. Get out so that I can get my hands on what you own. I’m tired of waiting for you to die.’”
