Reformed Gang Member Warns Teen Facing Multiple Felony Charges: ‘Going To The Joint Is Nothing Nice’
Chas says he’s been living the “street life” since he was 14 and first got into trouble with the law. Now 17 and claiming that he does whatever he needs to do to make money, Chas says he’s facing multiple felony charges stemming from an incident in August 2019, in which he escaped from the back of a police cruiser, leading authorities on a citywide manhunt.
“Jail doesn’t scare me in the slightest. Losing my freedom scares me,” he admits.

Joseph, a reformed Los Angeles gang-member, says there are things that Chas may not have considered about going to prison.
“Let me tell you, going to the joint is nothing nice,” he says.
