Shon is a restaurant owner in Washington state who stirred up controversy when he posted a message on his restaurant’s social media account stating that he did not intend to comply with the Governor's order to close non-essential businesses.
“He didn’t have a plan worked out yet for the shut down,” Shon says, referring to the Governor. “It was just, pretty much, a heavy-handed option that they took.”
