Chris and Carla say as they approach their 10-year wedding anniversary they feel just as good as they did when they got married. They say they contribute this in part to following The Lose Your Belly Diet: Change Your Gut, Change Your Life. Chris says that since he started following the plan, he’s lost 23 pounds and Carla says she’s lost 25.
“I feel like a younger, lighter version of myself,” Chris says.
