Teens Claim Dad Is ‘Clingy, Judgmental, Controlling, Toxic and Very Disrespectful’

          VIDEO

          December 11, 2018

Twin sisters, Autumn and Madison, claim their dad, Chad, is clingy, judgmental, controlling, toxic and very disrespectful, and that he has a temper. The teens, whose parents got divorced seven years ago, say that’s why they haven’t talked to their father in eight months.

“He would worry more about having fun than taking care of me,” says Autumn.

Madison adds, “My sister and I never felt appreciated by my dad because he would always put girls first. We’d be at dinner, and he’d be on his phone swiping girls on Tinder.”

The sisters say they got into a huge fight with their dad during their birthday weekend, and haven’t talked to him since.

“I feel in my heart that I don’t want a relationship with my dad. He should have learned how to parent his kids correctly,” Madison says.

Hear more from the sisters in the video above. And, find out why Madison told her dad that her stepfather feels more like a dad to her than he does.

And on Tuesday’s episode of Dr. Phil, see what happens when the sisters come face-to-face with their father on Dr. Phil’s stage. Check here to see where you can watch.
