Michael and Sharen Gravelle were convicted of child endangerment and abuse for their parenting tactics, including making many of their 11 adopted and foster children sleep in cages. The parents defended their actions, explaining that they built enclosures to protect their special needs children from themselves and each other.

In the video above, two of the Gravelle’s children, 18-year-old Simon and 19-year-old Abba respond to their adoptive parents' claims. And, they share their feelings about the Gravelles receiving a two-year prison sentence.
