The Bubble Over My Head: Setting Boundaries
Stephanie claims her cousin, Bonnie, is stuck in what she calls a “manic” state that has been getting worse ever since she moved in with Stephanie and her mother, Cyndi. The women say Bonnie has had a traumatic life. They’re concerned she isn’t dealing with her past, which they claim includes childhood abuse, assault, sex trafficking, involvement in the adult entertainment industry, and prescription drug abuse.
Bonnie, who admits she has been “micro-dosing” with mushrooms (Psilocybin) to feel better, says her cousin and aunt don’t understand that she’s been on her own for a long time and knows how to take care of herself.
This episode, “Traumatic Past and Odd Behavior: Is My Cousin Having a Breakdown?” airs Wednesday. Check your local listing to find out where to watch.
