“The thing I want everyone to remember is what I said that 93% of predators are somebody you know,” Dr. Phil tells the studio audience after the taping. “If somebody is going to victimize your child, you know them. It’s very little stranger danger. The sad fact is they target, particularly, single parent families, and they do it because they’re vulnerable.”
