‘There’s Nothing Normal About This,’ Dr. Phil Tells Parents And Their 31-Year-Old Son

          March 11, 2018

Kyle is 31 and depends on his parents, Karen and Jim, for all of his basic needs, but says they aren’t doing enough for him. He blames them for his financial situation and lack of success, and says they should be helping him get out of this mess he claims they helped put him in.

TELL DR. PHIL YOUR STORY: Have family drama that needs that help?

“They’re not helping me get on my feet and don’t care if my life falls apart,” Kyle claims.

According to the parents, the young man has also gotten into physical altercations with both parents, and they’ve ended up in the hospital.
