The dreaded bedtime battles. Parents of young children know all about kids finding every excuse in the book to avoid going to sleep, and Veronica and David, who are parents to three young daughters, are no strangers to this common parental dilemma.

“I love my girls, but at nighttime, it can become a nightmare,” says Veronica.

About getting his kids to go to bed, David says, “I’m a police officer, and sometimes I feel like it’s easier dealing with the criminals on the street than dealing with my kids at home.”

The couple says they desperately want help getting their children to sleep so they can get some shut-eye themselves.

“This is a very common situation, especially when it comes to young children,” says pediatrician, sleep expert, and Hello Bello Ambassador Dr. Angela Holliday-Bell. “I like to recommend the ‘Three B’s’ when it comes to calming children and getting them prepared for sleep, and that is: take a bath, brush your teeth, and read a book.”

For the bath time component, Hello Bello’s Soft Lavender shampoo and wash, body lotion, and bubble bath products are created with a soothing lavender scent that’s perfect for calming children. “The best part of it all is that the bath products and lotions are formulated without the addition of any synthetic fragrances, sulfates, or parabens,” says Dr. Holiday-Bell.

Hello Bello’s Sleep Well gummy vitamins for kids with 1 mg of melatonin can also help to gently support sleep.
