Alisa formed a secret Facebook group
called “Victims of Suzie,” after she claims she and her husband were scammed out of money from a woman they considered family. She says there are 32 members, including Johynne and Johynne’s granddaughter, Brittany,
who claim Suzie has conned them out of money, furniture, horses, and in business; and the group is a safe place for them to talk about it. Suzie calls the group a “gang of bullies”
who are out to slander her. She denies their accusations and says she’s the real victim.
During their appearance, Dr. Phil implores his guests to move on. “I understand that these folks have been hurt, wounded and in some respects cheated, but there comes a point where you say, ‘Wow. Have I learned something here. I need to take that lesson and let it be tuition, not penalty, and move on,’” Dr. Phil says.
