Video Man Claims Is Evidence Son Had 'Cannabis-Induced Psychosis'
Jorell and his father, Peter, are at odds. While Jorell says he knows his father loves him, he says he is pressing charges against him. The 34-year-old claims his father “kidnapped” him and had him brought to his 34-acre property three hours away from where Jorell lives – and wouldn’t let him speak to his wife or children – and then had him involuntarily committed to a psychiatric ward. He claims it was an attempt by his father to get him back into the Mormon church and away from marijuana.

“Ever since I left, he’s made it his life goal to ‘save me’ and to bring me back into the church, and we’ve had countless hours of religious talk,” Jorell says.

Peter claims he’s convinced his son was suffering from a “marijuana-induced psychosis,” and he was trying to help his son – and that Jorell and his wife are just spinning the story.
