Parents Kimber and Tim say that their 16-year-old daughter, Brittney, is out-of-control. They say the teen, who has dropped out of high school, spends her days at the skate park chasing boys, drinking and smoking marijuana. They also say she has become violent and cops have been called.

However, the parents admit that they can’t agree on the best way to discipline their only child.
“I’ve tried everything I could to try to govern her, to try to make her into something she should be as a young woman,” says Tim. “And I don’t feel like I’ve got any help from my wife. I just feel like I’m by myself, but everybody thinks I’m at fault because I haven’t been ‘the man’ and stepped up in this whole thing.”
Kimber says Tim sits in his recliner while she tries to parent Brittney. “I’m the one who does the rules,” she says.
