Kristine says she’s convinced her husband, Jerry, is being scammed online. She claims he has met multiple women on dating websites and sent them thousands of dollars to places like Nigeria, depleting their savings and putting them on the verge of losing their home.

Jerry, however, says he knows the four women he has been talking to are real. He claims he even met one of them in person and she looked just like the picture he says she had sent him.

After Dr. Phil listens to a phone call between Jerry and one of the women and points out how her voice could have been created with a voice modulator, he examines some of the text messages Jerry has received from a few of the women.
