What The Notorious BTK Strangler Said About Murdering His First Victims

          VIDEO

          February 6, 2019

Dennis Rader became known as the notorious BTK serial killer for terrorizing Wichita, Kansas from 1974 – 1991. Rader, who reportedly named himself BTK – bind them, torture them, kill them — strangled eight adults and two children while living a double life as a hands-on father, Cub Scout leader and churchgoer.

TELL DR. PHIL YOUR STORY: Outrageous news story in your town?

Rader’s first victims, in January 1974, were parents and their two children. Three months later, he stabbed a woman to death after watching her enter her home, and three years after that, he strangled a young mom after getting her children settled in the bathroom with toys and blankets.

Hear more about Rader’s killing spree in the video above, including what he said in court about murdering his first victims.
