Gina says she and her 18-year-old daughter, Alexis, often had fun with each other on social media. But Gina says she regrets a recent “joke” she played with her daughter when she tagged her in a photo of a male model. Gina says she never expected anything to come of it, but Alexis started dating him. Now, although Alexis is over 18 and both she and the young man deny it, Gina claims her daughter was “kidnapped” from their house late one night by this man.
“Three weeks after Alexis met David on Facebook, and only once in person, Alexis left in the middle of the night to go live with him,” Gina says.
Gina says she fears for her daughter’s safety because David says he is a survivalist who owns an arsenal of weapons.
“I felt Alexis was in danger by being at David’s, so I snooped on Alexis,” Gina admits. “I found on her Facebook page about them having sex, about the drinking, the marijuana that was being smoked in their house, and I found out that Alexis was shooting a gun.”
But Alexis says she chose to leave on her own, and that David is her protector, not her captor. “He’s my soulmate,” says the teen about her boyfriend. “My mom claims that David is the controlling one, but really, she’s the controlling one. My mom controls my phone, my computer, my iPod, where I went, who I would like to hang out with. If she didn’t like them, I was not allowed to hang out with them. I’m old enough to make my own decisions.”
Gina also claims that David is turning Alexis against her family.
