Imagine seeing your fiancé shot dead right in front of you by police. That's what Michelle says happened to her when she lost the love of her life, her fiancé James. The shooting led to a $2 million settlement for James' family -- but not for Michelle.

"I feel like I should have been included in the settlement for my pain and suffering," says Michelle, who blames her sister Teena for preventing her from getting any money. "My sister Teena made my life worse after my fiancé died ... She visited James' family on several occasions without me even knowing. She would tell them I'm crazy, I'm out of control. She even told them I was seeing someone else. She would just tell them anything negative so I wouldn't be included in the settlement. I feel like I can't trust her. She does not want to see me happy."

Teena says these accusations are false, and that her sister is vindictive. "Michelle has this attitude like everyone is out to get her. I tried to give her as much support as I could but what she did was twist everything," says Teena. "There will never be a relationship between Michelle and I again. I try to keep my distance. She said that if she ever sees me again she's going to kill me."
