Tanya claims that her 16-year-old niece, Annalisa, runs away, uses drugs and alcohol, shoplifts and is rude and disrespectful. She claims Annalisa has tried to stab her in the throat and has threatened to cut off her little sister’s finger, and she says she blames her sister and brother-in-law for the teen’s behavior.

Tanya says she also believes Annalisa is also selling her body and that she fears for her niece’s life.

Turning to Dr. Phil for help, Tanya says, “April needs to stop enabling her daughter’s behavior. Get a backbone. Do the tough work of being a parent and enforce rules.”
