Ashley says her younger sister Katelyn acts like a “thug” even though she didn’t grow up that way. She says she wears baggy pants and hoodies, lives on the streets and has been involved in a drive-by shooting.

“I’m afraid for her. She’s 100 pounds when she’s wet. What if someone shoots her?” Ashley says. “Katelyn calls all the time for help, and I’m sick of it. I’ve spent nights looking for Katelyn. When I’m looking for my sister, I think the worst. I’m expecting nothing more than to see, possibly, her dead body laying somewhere.”

Saying she fears for her sister’s life, Ashley turns to Dr. Phil for help.

“I’m lost. I’m confused. I’m falling apart because I can’t do it anymore,” Ashley says. “I don’t want to see my sister dead.”
