So 17 years ago, she took off her wedding ring and told her husband he had a year to fix the problems and make her want to put her ring back on. She still doesn’t wear it.
“You haven’t put it back on. You said you don’t think you ever will. So why have you let 16 years go by?” Dr. Phil asks her in the video above.

“So this is a parent-child relationship?” Dr. Phil asks.
“I never thought of it that way, but yes. I think you’re right,” Karla replies.
