Michelle and Rod have been married for 29 years and have 12 children ranging in age from 28 to 6, with another child on the way.

“We both always wanted a large family,” says Rod.

Michelle says they spend between $1,600 – $1,800 in groceries each month, “Which is equivalent to our house payment.”

The couple, who currently has eight of their 12 children still at home, lives in a four-bedroom house, which they both say is cluttered.

“The chaos is taking over,” admits Michelle, who says their super-sized family life is never boring; but everything about running the large household is a big production. “And boy do we need help,” she adds.
