Joey accused his ex-wife, Sandra, with whom he was engaged in a bitter custody battle
, of coaching their 7- and 9-year-old daughters to make up “outlandish lies” and say that he sexually molested them. Sandra has steadfastly denied coaching their daughters and says she only reported what she says the girls told her.
Both agreed to take a polygraph and drug test during their first appearance on Dr. Phil
. Joey took both tests and passed

Sandra, who insists she is ready for the “the actual truth to be out,”
is offered a second chance to take her polygraph.
Dr. Phil explains, “She said she was coming back this time, and here was [Sandra’s] quote, ‘No more [expletive.] No more lies. I want the truth to come out. I will not take a drug test because it’s nobody’s business, and I shouldn’t have to take a drug test; I’ve passed them time and time again, with CPS, the police. I’m not going to do that. But I want to take the polygraph to set the record straight.’”
