Brandi’s ex-husband, Victor, claims she’s verbally and physically abusive when she drinks alcohol, and that it’s affecting their children.

Her mother, Stephanie, says she recently put Brandi out of her house after she pulled Stephanie’s hair and slapped her fiancé following a night of drinking.
Brandi, who has had a dozen arrests, two felony convictions, and multiple DUIs admits she sometimes makes poor decisions when she’s been drinking.
“You’re an alcoholic,” Dr. Phil tells her on Tuesday’s episode.
“I think I am,” says Brandi, who has denied the label until now.
“You need serious, intensive, professional help with this,” says Dr. Phil, referring Brandi to New Method Wellness,
a dual diagnosis, and substance treatment center, noting, “It’s not a 28-day patch on addiction or alcoholism.”
“They deal with the addiction. They deal with the psychological issues that go behind that,” he continues.
Brandi says she’s willing to go into treatment. When Victor says, “She can do whatever she wants to do, but she’s gonna go right back to it,” how does she respond?
