Caitlin and Jennifer claim their sister, Rebecca, is a liar, a thief, and is dependent on prescription drugs. They claim Rebecca’s choices have led her to live in a van, steal from their sick mother, and lose custody of her 8-year-old daughter with special needs. “When Rebecca takes a drug test, it lights up like a Christmas tree,” says Caitlin.

Jennifer says, “Her addiction affects the entire family.”

Rebecca adamantly denies her sisters’ claims and insists she doesn’t have a problem with drugs. Why does she claim she’s being “railroaded” by Child Protective Services?
