Terri says she’s been dating Ricardo for two years after meeting him online. She says they talk multiple times a day and have made plans to meet in person, but something always comes up, and they have yet to meet. Terri also says that one month after they met, Ricardo started asking her for money, some of it to invest in cryptocurrency. She says she believes she’s sent $10,000-20,000.
