Woman Says She Decided To Start Drinking In Moderation Because Complete Sobriety Made Her Want To Drink More
Michelle says drinking wine has been a big part of her life. She says she’s enjoyed fun times with her mom and sister drinking, and they’ve even gone wine tasting on family vacations. However, she says it was on one of those trips when she had a “wake-up moment” that her drinking had become “problematic.”
“In October 2020, I said things I regretted,” Michelle says. “I tried and failed a lot of times to be fully sober.”
