Taylor says that when she moved to Los Angeles when she was 18, her life started to take a downward spiral. She says her eating disorder became extreme, she had low self-esteem, and she found herself in a dark place. She says once she went to her mom’s home and started therapy, she started to have flashbacks, and claims she had some of her father sexually abusing her as a child – a claim her father vehemently denies.
Taylor says she doesn’t have Dissociative Identity Disorder or Multiple Personality Disorder, but that she has different ‘parts’ that she moves through as her memories flood her mind. She describes them in the video above. And, the now 32-year-old shares about her ailments and why they are holding her back from living.
On Monday’s episode of Dr. Phil, "My Spoiled Daughter Falsely Accused Me of Sexual Abuse," hear what Taylor’s mother and father say about her behavior. Then, on Tuesday, "What’s Behind Taylor’s Alleged Flashbacks?," Dr. Phil questions if mother and daughter may have a dysfunctional relationship, which could be preventing Taylor from healing.
