Woman Says She Has Severe Panic Attacks And Can’t Control Her Body
Esther says about a year ago, she started to have “unbearable” panic attacks. She says she would hyperventilate and couldn’t eat, sleep, or leave her house. She says they were so life-changing, she had to have her dad move in with her to take care of her.
In the video above, Esther describes what she says she goes through during a panic attack, and why she says she can’t control her body.
On Friday’s episode of Dr. Phil, "'Pretty Panicked: Are My Parents My Triggers?'," hear why Dr. Phil says Esther’s family situation is dysfunctional and not helping her -- and what they all need to do to help Esther. Check local listings to see where you can watch.
